 Why does the first blog post seem so difficult to write? You're only sharing your thoughts, tips and ideas, which you do all the time with friends, right?
  I think it's because some of us -- that would include me -- search for perfection too often. The perfect time. The perfect blog platform. The perfect topic. The perfect material, etc. before making a move that sometimes never materializes. It's a waste of time, and I'm done with it.
   Well, there will be no perfection on this blog. Just my cooking tips, grocery-shopping advice and dining experiences that I'll share with anyone who wants to take a seat at My Table. So welcome, I'm glad to have you as my guests!
